Welcome to the 7th LUMMENS!
In Conjunction with the International Seminar on Medicine and Health Sciences
This year, we present the theme:
“Climate, Mobility, and Microbial Threats: Redefining Infectious Disease Prevention and
Management in Tropical and Global Health.”

It is our great honor to welcome distinguished speakers, researchers, and participants from around the world to the 7th LUMMENS National Workshop and Seminar, held in conjunction with the International Seminar on Medicine and Health Sciences.
A theme that reflects the urgency of addressing increasingly complex health challenges driven by global interconnectedness, environmental changes, and evolving microbial risks. Organized by the Undergraduate Medical Study Program, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, in collaboration with the Doctoral Program in Medical Science (Program Studi S3 Ilmu Kedokteran, Program Doktor FKIK ULM), this forum serves as a platform for advancing scientific dialogue, strengthening interdisciplinary partnerships, and fostering innovation across clinical, public health, and biomedical fields.
We aspire for this event to not only facilitate the exchange of knowledge, but also to inspire transformative ideas and collaborative actions that contribute to resilient health systems and sustainable global health solutions.
